Responsibilities:
      
      
      Provide safe, competent and consistent patient care to surgery patients;
      Work effectively as a team member of BJU surgical department;
      Each junior surgeon has his or her sub-specialty;
      Routine care: provide 24h routine care to all surgical patients based on roster and/or specific assignment;
      Specialty care: provide timely care for the patients in his or her sub-specialties

      Specialty care: provide timely care for the patients in his or her sub-specialties
      Patient notes need to be completed daily and timely for the purpose of care’s integrity and consistency;
      Admit patients from ER or Surgery Clinic and be the attending surgeon under the supervision of senior surgeons. All Consultation and Referrals come to Junior surgeon first;
      Develop life-long learning skills;
      Actively update knowledge and skills based on modern medical advancement;
      
      Requirements:
      
      
      Graduate from domestic or international medical school, either MD or Bachelor degree;
      Have been working in BJU as Assistant surgeon over five years;
      At least 8 years experience working in surgical field;
